I have almost 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, initially spending 11 years in Private Medical Insurance before a further 5 and a half years in Travel Insurance and then finally moving into the Employee Benefits industry where I have spent the last 3 years.
Moving into the Employee Benefits sector has broadened my understanding of the possibilities of how intermediaries can help clients, whether that be through provision of more traditional benefits such as PMI or Group Risk, or alternatively through being able to step outside of the normal and support with other growing “newer” benefits such as family forming and life stage events. It is this scope of options that I believe further supports what is an absolute necessity to a successful client relationship, which is the customer service provided through myself and our supporting team.
Building successful long lasting working relationships is something that I really enjoy and through clear communication and regular contact my aim is always to support clients and colleagues alike to achieve success for all, however that may look.
