I joined the insurance industry back in 2010 with Capita Insurance Services working on the Hiscox Insurance account. I held roles within Processing, Underwriting and Management which branched several lines of insurance including Professional Indemnity, Liabilities, General Schemes, HNW Household & Motor, Overseas, Art, Pilot and Events Insurance.
I started my Employee Benefits career in 2018 when I joined Advo Group. I initially joined the company as an Employee Benefit Adviser. My role involved looking after and implementing bespoke company wellbeing strategies ensuring clients maximise their return on investment through education on how best to utilise their schemes. In January 2023, I was then promoted to manage advo’s newly formed Private Clients Team where I looked after a Sales Team of Advisers who managed clients in the individual healthcare space. I have recently moved into the role of Employee Benefits Manager (South) with Premier Choice Group after their purchase of Advo Group in July 2024. I now look after a team of Employee Benefit Consultants who specialise in the smaller SME space.
Away from work, I live in Minster on the north Kent coast with my two cats Chief & Jet. I like to attend music gigs, watch lots of football, socialise with friends and go travelling when time allows.
